👥 Team License Management
Users (companies or individuals) who have purchased 1 or more OtakuSolutions products are granted Team Leader (LEADER) status, allowing them to freely assign or revoke licenses to and from team members.
Manage everything from "Team License" in the profile menu. Licenses are grouped by product for a clear overview.
📊 Dashboard
The top of the page shows your license status at a glance.

|---|---|
| Total Licenses | Total number of licenses you own |
| Active Licenses | Licenses currently assigned to and in use by team members |
| Unassigned | Licenses not yet assigned and available for use |
🔧 Feature Overview
| Button | State | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Assign | Unassigned license | Assigns an unassigned license to a team member by email. The member can use the product immediately. |
| Change | Assigned license | Transfers an already-assigned license to a different team member. |
| Revoke | Assigned license | Revokes an assigned license and returns it to unassigned status. The license is deactivated upon revocation. |
⚙️ Additional Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show unassigned only | Enables a filter to display only currently unassigned licenses for quick access. |
| Collapse / Expand by product | Licenses are grouped by product; groups you don't need can be collapsed. |
💡 Notes
- The email used for assignment must be a registered OtakuSolutions account email.
- Revoked licenses can be reassigned to another team member at any time.
